Hello friend! I'm Carrie. I live in Southeastern WI with my hubby Derek, our 4 kids + fur baby rescue. I'm passionate about creating a healthy home for myself and my family that we can thrive in! As a Lyme warrior + Mold sensitive person (who doesn't detox properly) it's VERY important to have the healthiest environment free of toxins. WHY SIMPLE START TO NATURAL LIVING?

The best thing I did for myself and my family was making the commitment to changing our wellness. I heard that

and that resonated with me. Yes, I wanted my family healthy, but I did not fully understand wellness was more than that.

After starting my journey, there have been many lessons learned, failures that I chose to re-frame into

many wins for our family, and lastly, an awakening of sorts. I have realized that I can control so many
things in our daily lives + many things I can’t. But I have been “awakened” to the harmony between those.
