Did you know that when you share your love for Young Living you can get compensated? Yes you can! Want to share casually? You can! Want to build a business? You can do that too! Everyone has their own Share YL link. This is like an affiliate link! You send it to a friend, they shop with you, and you earn product credit or cash. Young Living has an incredibly generous compensation plan that allows you to earn a little extra (or a lot of extra) cash in multiple ways! Earn bonuses & commissions as you help others learn about Young Living while creating a community.
SHARE + EARN
Every single Young Living customer has the option to share, via their personal referral link. When you share your Young Living personal referral link or Wishlist links with friends, family and followers as a Customer, you can earn product credit and as a Brand Partners you can get paid cash! We'll go over each so keep reading to see which might be a good fit for you!
SHARING AS A CUSTOMER
Young Living Customers can get rewarded for sharing their Young Living personal referral link or Wishlist links!
How do they get rewarded?
When Customers share their Young Living personal referral link or Wishlist links they can earn 25% of the PV back in product credits on their new enrollees first order.
SHARING AS A BRAND PARTNER
Young Living Brand Partners (BP) can get rewarded with cash for sharing their Young Living personal referral link or Wishlist links!
How do Brand Partners get rewarded?
When BP’s share their Young Living personal referral link or Wishlist link with a new or reactivating Customer, they can earn Bonuses and have the potential to earn commissions.
Which ever way you choose to share, you'll be able to offer your friends, family and followers a 10% off SHAREYL discount code on their first order of 50PV or more.
SHARING THE SHARE YL DISCOUNT
Help your family, friends and followers save 10% off on their very first order of 50PV or more with the Share YL program!
When applied at checkout, this SHAREYL code will qualify any first-time order for 10 percent off. A 50 PV minimum is required on this order. The code can be used by new Customers and Brand Partners in the U.S. and is available for use on their first order with Young Living.
NOTE: At this time the SHAREYL code cannot be used by reactivating Customers or Brand Partners.
HOW DOES THE SHARE YL CODE WORK?
As a Customer:

Customers earn 25% of the PV back in product credits!

As a Brand Partner:

Brand Partners earn the Fast Start Bonus on all PV purchases their new enrollee makes in their first three months. They can also earn the Starter Bundle Bonus on qualifying Starter Bundles. There is no purchase required to earn this bonus!

HOW EXACTLY DO YOU GET PAID?
First thing you'll need to do to get paid is make sure you are a Brand Partner.
To become a Brand Partner just upgrade from a Customer to a Brand Partner for FREE! If you're brand new (YAY!), grab your friend’s referral link and follow the directions below. Then get connected to all The Oily Community's resources.
Here’s the process to sign up to be a Brand Partner now:

* Agree to terms & receive an email with link to your business essentials kit, resources, training, virtual office, & everything you need to get started!
OK, it’s that simple. Now that you know where to find your link get out there and share!!! Share your link, get paid. If your customer wants just 1 product or to create a custom bundle. That's cool too, you’ll earn 25% commission on that as well!

FAST START BONUS
Share your Young Living personal referral link or Wishlist links with friends + family as a Brand Partner and earn cash through the Fast Start Bonus!
What is the Fast Start Bonus?
The Fast Start bonus is 25% of the total PV (Personal Volume) of your new enrollees purchases for their first 3 months.
There is no purchase required to earn this bonus!
If someone places multiple orders within their first month, you earn 25% on the total PV of all their orders that month!
How it Works:
Month 1: 25% of the PV of the new enrollee’s purchases.
Month 2: 25% of their PV for that month.
Month 3: 25% of their PV for that month.
After Month 3: You earn Uni-level Commission, which is a different type of commission structure (we’ll cover that later).
SECOND LEVEL FAST START BONUS
Did you know that when you help one of your own personally enrolled Brand Partner enroll a new customer or BP you (as the level 2 enroller) can earn another bonus?? When you help the people on your team enroll Customers you benefit too!
When one of your personally enrolled Brand Partners enrolls a new Customer or Brand Partner, you'll earn the Level 2 Fast Start Bonus!
What is the Level 2 Fast Start Bonus?
The Level 2 Fast Start Bonus is 10% of your level 1 Brand Partners new person’s PV (Personal Volume) during their Fast Start period in months 2 & 3.
If someone places multiple orders within their first month, you earn 10% on the total PV of all their orders that month!
How it Works:

Month 3: 10% of their PV for that month.

To be paid this bonus you MUST be a Brand Partner. A 50PV purchase is required to earn the Fast Start Bonus as a level 2 enroller.
(Fast Start payouts for months 2 and 3 will still be compressed upwards to the next commission qualified Brand Partner if the Enroller is not commission qualified.)
The person you enrolled gets the 25% Fast Start Bonus on their new enrollee.
You earn the 10% Level 2 Fast Start on their enrollee's PV (during months 2 & 3).
STARTER BUNDLE BONUS

What is the Starter Bundle Bonus?
When a new or reactivating Customer uses your referral link or Wishlist links to order a qualifying Premium Starter Bundle (PSB) or Make a Shift Kit (we'll go over those in a bit), you’ll qualify for the $25 Starter Bundle Bonus in addition to the Fast Start Bonus!
Starter Bundles and Make a Shift Kits are a great way for someone just starting out on their Young Living healthy lifestyle. These perfectly curated bundles/kits contain the most commonly used and loved products at an amazing value. They help make it simple to get started.
STARTER BUNDLE BONUS = $25 + FAST START BONUS = 25% of the PV on your new enrollees orders in their first 3 months. E.g. 25% of a 100PV ORDER = $25!
Total minimum earned on one of the qualifying bundles or kits is $50! There also is no purchase required to earn this bonus!
NOTE: There is NO PV requirement needed to earn the Fast Start Bonus (Earn 25% of the PV in month 1, 2 & 3) for all three months or the Starter Kit Bonus ($25 BONUS on qualifying Bundles)!
You'll automatically qualify for any bonuses you have earned. This allows for those who are just getting started, or who simply can't place a 100 PV order in a certain month, to earn money off of the bonuses they earn with no requirement! However, we highly suggest trying the products so you can share what you love about them!

HOW TO EARN FULL UNILEVEL COMMISSIONS
What are Uni-level commissions
Uni-level is a form of commission that qualifying Brand Partners can earn through the YL Compensation Plan.
Uni-level commissions is the percentage paid on the first five levels of sales of a Brand Partner’s Business Organization: 8% at level one, 5% at level two, and 4% for each level three through five.
Qualifying distributors earn 8 percent on the sales volume, or PV, of each distributor on the first level within their organization, 5 percent on the second level, and 4 percent on the third through fifth levels. Each level is determined by a Customer or Brand Partner with 100 or more PV. Any Customer or Brand Partner volume less than 100 PV is combined with and paid at the next level down.
So the commissions computers search to put together 100 PV if it's not on your "true" level 4 (4 people below you in your organization), for example. And at the end of the day, this should help organize and boost paychecks as well!
To earn full Uni-level commissions each month and qualify for rank advancements, other bonuses, and eligibility to win free trips and other incentives you will be required to purchase at least 100PV. This is easy to do when you start swapping out the products in your home for healthier options. Get paid for sharing what you're using and loving.
To run a legit business and receive a paycheck, there will pretty much always be some sort of investment on your end. $100/100PV is the investment you get to make into your business AND your wellness. To truly love and share about the products, you've got to be using them. This 100 PV requirement for full commissions is YL's way of encouraging that we are a product of the product. I don't typically spend money on things that are sold to me by someone who shared it but doesn't actively use it, do you?
